This instrument collects particulate matter from the exhaust gas of fixed pollution sources using the pitot tube parallel constant-velocity (isokinetic) sampling method. Stack dust concentration is measured by the β-ray absorption method, and flue gas concentration by constant-potential electrolysis. It is suitable for measuring gas and dust concentration and total emissions at stationary pollution sources such as boilers, flues and industrial furnaces, and for checking the dust removal and desulfurization efficiency of equipment.
The LY-3012K Multifunction Stack Dust (Gas) Tester with β-ray dust direct reading is an all-in-one, high-precision environmental monitoring instrument. It measures particulate matter (dust) and flue gas concentrations at the same time, along with total emissions from fixed pollution sources. Particulate matter is collected by pitot tube parallel constant-velocity sampling, dust concentration is detected by β-ray absorption, and flue gas concentration is measured by constant-potential electrolysis, giving real-time, on-site results for industrial emission monitoring. It is a practical solution for users who need accurate, efficient and compliant emission testing at industrial facilities.
All-in-One Integrated Monitoring Design :
The system is highly integrated and combines a stack dust sampling pump, β-ray dust detection unit, flue gas sampling pump, flue gas pretreatment unit, flue gas sensor array, temperature/humidity sensors and an S-shaped pitot tube in a single unit. No external main unit is needed, so flue gas parameters, dust concentration and industrial operating conditions can all be measured in one testing cycle, which greatly improves on-site efficiency.
High-Precision & Safe β-Ray Detection Technology :
The β-ray dust direct reading tester uses a low-activity 14C β-ray exemption source with a stable decay process and an ultra-low radiation dose, in line with global radiation safety standards. A filter-belt type structure keeps the sampling and measurement stations separate, which prevents contamination of key components and protects long-term accuracy. With a high-precision β-ray detector, the minimum detection limit is 0.1 mg/m³, meeting the monitoring needs of ultra-low emission operating conditions.
Accurate Flue Gas Measurement & Intelligent Operation :
A built-in constant-potential electrolytic sensing module with an intelligent anti-interference compensation algorithm monitors multiple flue gas components accurately in real time. The built-in flue gas pretreatment system handles high-humidity flue gas, and timed automatic drainage removes the need for manual intervention so operation is not interrupted. The 5.5-inch touch controller offers wireless control and bilingual Chinese and English input for easy on-site operation.
The LY-3012K fixed pollution source flue gas analyzer is designed and manufactured in line with global emission monitoring standards for fixed pollution sources, including international specifications for β-ray absorption particulate matter concentration measurement and flue gas detection. Its low-activity radiation source meets global radiation safety exemption standards, so it is safe for on-site personnel. The instrument supports ultra-low emission monitoring requirements for industrial boilers and furnaces worldwide, and complies with environmental compliance testing protocols used by industrial enterprises, environmental protection agencies and third-party testing institutions.
